Open Pros are pretty much ideal for CX (not too heavy, cheap and bombproof). The saddle is a no brainer, seeing as it is hands down the best one I have ever ridden (function over form as you wish). I actually quite like the white brakes. The logos on the Deda parts on the other hand have got to go. Depending on whether or not the Deda 35 bars do what they are supposed to do (superb comfort for big guys like me) I will black out the stem and seatpost or replace everything all together.
