Really odd that you can't find the right strap. I bought new ones for my Dominator 4s (new in 2003) less than two months ago from my LBS.
If somebody doesn't come up with something on here, perhaps visit a few more Sidi retailers before giving up hope. A lot of them should hold stock of spare parts.
