anyone who hasn't played Dark Souls, its £4 on Steam. Go and get it *NOW!*
Paid ~£35 for it 2 years ago at release. Still play it today. That was an absolute bargain. £4 is ridiculous, everyone needs to buy this.

Same, I've put so many hours into it

This!
Best game ever (apologies for often repeating this on this thread but it really takes over your soul and you become destined to repeat this for eternity and to die a lot)
And edscoble, not sure about the subtitles. The plot really isn't important its all about the gameplay

The problem with games with no subtitles is that the subtitles are often what describe the gameplay in the first place. If you haven't got those then you've got a bitch of a job trying to figure out wtf you're supposed to do, where you're supposed to be, and how you're supposed to progress.
(I would also like to know the answer to Ed's question, FWIW, if anybody knows)

Sounds like everyones first time experience with Dark Souls.
I think everything has the option of subtitles. Certainly all of the game play mechanics and game hints for where you're supposed to be going are readable text

That sums up the whole game. And dt is right, all the limited in game info is given in text

Not everything.
Singularity for example, I asked the developer, the respond was that there's no point in adding them in the first place.

Bioshock Infinite on steam sale ( $9.99 here) ... definitely worth it!
Still puzzled as to why Saints Row IV is still $19... It's basically a DLC and no where near as good as Bioshock -

Torn between buying a PS4 early next year and building a budget pc (around £400 - AMD FX 6300, HD7850 2GB card, 8GB ram, 1TB HDD, 120gb SSD) for the first time in about 10 years. Any advice as to which path to take?

In same predicament. Swinging towards PS4. It feels right, like when I got my PS2. PS3 just felt wrong in many ways, so I built myself a rig. I don't use it anymore and feel like going back to the simplicities of console. At least for this gen.

It's difficult to say. I'm a big PC gamer, but I also really love the PS4. If you want simplicity with great graphics, then it's the PS4. If you have a lot of cash to burn, then PC.

The major advantage of the PC is obviously steam sales. I never pay more than around $10 for PC games now, and got such a back log I'll never finish it.
iFruit android app, you can choose SP characters as well as your online character, then just go to LSC and change it
