@Phil -- If there is a last-minute need for a sub due to an injury or a no-show, then the sub should be a non-league player and the opposing team has to agree to the sub. If the opposing team does not agree to any sub available at the time, then the game will have to be played 3 v 2. If there is not a non-league player available that the opposing team agrees to, but there is a league player available that the opposing team agrees to, then I guess we can allow that.
