I've heard some non-racist bigotry from a property valuer.

I actually spend a fair amount of my time being paid to negotiate and justify my opinions of value to other valuers (which can involve an element of seeing if I can get away with bullshit, but mainly justifying my opinion based on case law, evidence and reason.)

So you spend the rest of your time practising said bullshit on here?

You get in a cab, say where you want to go and the guys says: "Nah mate". Really? Is taking people where they want to go not a serious chunk of the job description? Not on topic but it feels good to share.

I dunno why you guys have been taking so many black cabs, but 90% of minicabs I've taken have had drivers from the subcontinent. admittedly, I usually take them late at night, much the worse for wear, maybe the racist ones only work in the day?

I've never experienced a bigoted cab driver, in fact most of them have been lovely. Both black cabs and booked minicabs. Saintly they were! One even told me how to fix my iMac. Bless him.

Oh man. There needs to be some kind of function that detects when you are talking to Jeez so it can give you a stern reminder about not feeding trolls. Or talking to idiots*. Whichever one he is.

If I remember correctly, both. But the ignore function avoids the need for reminders by removing the temptation to rise (or sink) to the bait.
