Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Click on User CP, on the panel on the left under 'Settings & Options' go to 'Edit Ignore List', type in 'Jeez' on the 'Add a Member to your list' bit and click Okay.

I only know that because I wanted to put Jeez on ignore too.
