He attempted to start a bidding war after I said I'd buy the wheel (claimed he had local offers for it for more than was advertised) and he's also raised the price in the initial ad (was 230 originally, now 280), and now after I've said I'm only willing to pay what was originally advertised, it's mysteriously sold.

Avoid and neg repped.

That is not good.

I'm going to give him a warning about this. Should anyone see him act like this again just report it and he'll be banned instantly.
