Selling  my winter bike to fond new projects. Build from Columbus Max tubes.  According to Strava it has done a little under 500km and everything is  in great condition.

What sort of tyre clearance is there with mudgaurds?

It's ordered to fit 25mm tyres and mudguards. Without mudguards i would guess around 32mm, maybe more.
