but don't have the forks.
I got some forks (and ALAN frame) from a nice dude here, but I forgot to measure the head tube and it looks the new forks are cut too short (ok for the smaller ALAN frame though which has a crack on the head tube top lug), so those won't fit the Guerciotti one sadly.
