I thought that had been banned. I used it many years ago in the printing industry for cleaning caked on ink on molleton dampers.
It was powerful stuff as I recall. Scrubbing away in a poorly ventilated area was akin to buzzing lighter fuel.

FYI ; As a serial decal remover nail varnish wont cut it. 100% Acetone from behind the counter is what your after, that and the heady mix of tub glue is a cocktail of euphoric proportions.
