I really like it, but once you started welding and changing the geo of the frame I would have tried to raise the BB. Looks as it´s too low.

Queries to how they gonna rate up? Went for a short ride, really comfy pedals, very easy to get in and out but still got some ajusting to do till i'll be happy. Also got my hands on a Dura-ace 7410 seatpost, so got the extra 2cm that I needed .., loving this bike so much atm, my other bike is very lonely, just gathering dust :(

In one word, AMAZING.

It's a nice conversion. Too bad the rear drops aren't horizontal and that the bb is too low. The angles are off.

The BB is 1,5 cm lower than on my panasonic, also have a 25c at the back and 23c on the front. But on the photo's it dose look a little on the slopping side .

How do you like the S-track's? I think they look way nicer and recall there was something really smart / cool about them but not sure what.

I really like them, cleats are durable with rubber which makes it a nice smooth feel when clipping in and are very easy to get in and out, most of all they are really comfortable and look smart. I'm quite happy

nope, i cut mine way too short and i am very unhappy about making that mistake.
