Mentioned in the coffee thread, but deserving of more eyeballs.

Collaborating for the first time; the organisers of Spin London - The Urban Cycle Show & the team behind The London Coffee Festival offer the ultimate Christmas shopping experience for the discerning rider and coffee aficionado.

In the Old Street/Shoreditch area, at The Yard, 89 & 1/2 Worship Street, London EC2A 2BF.

The only thing I'm confused about, is that the blurb says "shopping experience", but then the URL on this page http://www.spinlcf.cc/Exhibitors.aspx says "exhibitors". Can you buy stuff or not?

And just to make it more confusing, you have to buy tickets to go in. In advance. For £1.75 each.

So I don't think it's actually a shopping thing, it sounds like an exhibition only.

Well... no idea what it is, but it looks kinda like an exhibition thing combining coffee and bikes. And that can't be a bad thing.

  • Just booked tickets for Me & the Woman on Sat AM.

    Thanks for the heads up!

  • Pimp

  • Don't know what to get the coffee and bike lover for Christmas?

We are thrilled to launch the very first caffeine-fuelled Christmas shopping event with Spin – the urban cycle show! Celebrating all that is right in the world: coffee, bikes and Christmas!

Join us at The Yard in Shoreditch on 29 Nov - 01 Dec for a weekend of Christmas cheer. But hurry, tickets are limited and going fast..... Free tickets can be snatched up here*.

As well as a showcase of smaller, independent cycle brands, featuring handmade frames and modern clothing and accessories, there will be a selection of coffee blends, brands and brewers demonstrating their work and selling products perfect for Christmas gifts!

The team at Rollapaluza will also be there with their high energy roller races - just the exercise you need to work off all those minced pies.

  • The free tickets... they have a 1.75 booking fee...

  • Celebrating all that is right in the world: coffee, bikes and Christmas!

Since when has Christmas been 'right in the world'?

It's always seemed rather otherworldly to me.

just the exercise you need to work off all those minced pies.

    They do minced pies? Sold.
