^ I think it relates to buying more than selling but I always prefer using Paypal for disputes as they don't have the bat shit stupid timescales ebay do.
EG. Recently bought an HS33 brake, didn't get marked as dispatched after the 3 days the seller stated he'd send within so I contact him, no reply. After a week, still not marked dispatched and still not received. Try to open case in Ebay, they want me to wait something like 3 weeks until i can open an item not received case!
Fuck that, Paypal, opened.
Still no communication from seller but a few days later the brake arrives - without the proprietary quick release bolt. Change case on paypal to item not as described - it was described as 'complete' - and a few days later I receive a full refund.
Looking at sellers feedback - should have done this before buying really - it seems makes a semi regular habit of selling then ignoring. Still, I have a brand spankers HS33 that cost me £2 for the QR bolt.
