    my commute is short and city-centre. it has never crossed my mind that i might need to occupy myself! if i'm riding with my girlfriend or see someone i know then obviously i make conversation. otherwise it has never occurred to me to be bored. besides things relevant to the cycling, I'm most likely to think about what i'm doing that day
