The biggest frustration is perhaps that there is no opening in ebay's stone walls at all. Example:
A buyer won't pay for the item he won. I sent a couple of kind, neutral messages after having sent the invoice, to which there was no response whatsoever either.
So then I opened an unpaid item case. Having seen in his feedback that this non paying 'buyer' successfully bought more items since he decided not to pay me, I thought he might have the common decency to at least answer ebay's messages. This was not the case.
So I stupidly chose another formal ebay option: cancel the transaction. So now I am in a sort of catch-22 where the case again awaits the buyer's response (which won't come) and I can't do anything in the meantime, there seems to be no way to end this procedure.
I just want to close the case but this seems impossible. And every time I try to find some guide/help/how to close the case or contact ebay to have this resolved, I get caught in a loop.
