Sooo.. I’ve got a steel lock-ring seized onto an aluminium hub. To make matters worse, there is some Loctite 243 on the thread (the only way to keep the lock-ring on those White Industries splined hubs).
I’ve read that heating the thread will help with both the seizing and the Loctite… anyone got any tips for heating a lock-ring without damaging the hubs or any suggestions?
