Sent them
1 duff battery
1 suspect battery
2 suspect chargers
1 Vision 2 with a faulty cable
1 siezed District+ seatpost clamp
They replaced the battery, the cable on the other battery, the cable on the light, the siezed half of the clamp and one of the chargers.
The cost to me? The postage to send them the items. Took them about 2 days. All items were out of warranty.
