For Sale: 59.5 x 57cm Harry Hall 531st single/fixed beater (part built)

I started building this up over the last few weeks, but an extremely annoying change of plan means I'm now selling it unfinished. I bought all of the parts from folks on here, and just want to get back something like I paid tbh

The frame has lots of chips in certain areas, but still looks really nice and is perfect for winter. It had a respray, and the decals weren't lacquered, so they are a bit scruffy. Not 100% they are original forks, but match nicely.

The wheels are pretty much true, and run really smoothly.

F&R Campag Veloce brakes (very decent condition, loads of life left in pads)
Sun rims/DT Swiss flip flop wheelset (from a Kona Paddy Wagon aparently)
Charge bullhorns
2 x brand new Conti ultra sport/tubes
Brand new modus headset
Unbranded quill stem
Charge Saddle (rip can be seen)
Seat post is NOT included in sale
Track cog (16t I think)

I live in Nottingham, but am working in Milton Keynes during the week at the moment. I can meet you at or between those two destinations for free, or can come as far south as Highgate or Archway or something for £15-£20/cost of fuel.
