Most overrated - a thread about overrated things

Because it need to be weighted? even though the machine claim to accept your personal bag.
Most machines struggle with panniers/backpacks but not with your own plastic bags. Use those. Or why not bag it at the checkout, then transfer it after? It's then that I tend to remove all the outerpackaging and stick it in the recycling bins.
