Large double bedroom available in large house on the 30th in Streatham Common. You'll be sharing with three others. I've lived here for nearly three years; the house has a great vibe, the people are cool, I picked them myself. Moving in with my lady friend and that. Take my room, please.
The deposit's £500 (it's £2k four ways), the landlord's a good guy and there's the slightest mould patch under my window that they're going to repaint. Furnished and that.
Massive garden. So much rooms for bikes (I have four or so). All mod cons. Dishwasher. TV, Sky Plus, wi-fi. Soft lighting. Big kitchen. Ridiculous cupboard space. Dining room slash workshop (I use it for, er, more bikes). A basement slash darkroom. More cupboards. Three bathrooms. Fun. Bills all about £110 on top.
