**Internal Quality Assurance Day **– 1 day theory 10.00am-4.00pm
This module will train people to deliver internal Quality Assurance as per the requirements of all Bikeability Schemes. It will enable people to observe instructor’s working for the Scheme and offer constructive feedback in order to achieve consistency and best practice delivery.

Practical Teaching & Managing Risk Refresher – 1 day theory & practical 9.30am-4.30pm
A dynamic practical module that will enable experienced instructor’s to streamline their teaching and help their trainee’s achieve Bikeability outcomes more quickly and efficiently. The module looks at a variety of teaching methods focusing on making teaching theory exciting, using demonstrations effectively and managing trainee riding time through practical road drills, focusing on Level 2. Managing Risk, we will also draw on the instructor’s experience, look at situations they have encountered and develop techniques in ensuring that all training is low risk.

2 day National Standard Instructor Trainer course (NSIT) - theory
To train people meeting the person specification for an instructor trainer to effectively deliver the National Standard Instructor Training course and assess new instructors in a Post Course Assessment.
