Hackney's Parks Development Officer has just got back to me about booking the lights at Downs:

Dear Oliver,

I just wanted to let you know that I have spoken with GLL who take the bookings and have confirmed that there is a £10 charge per hour for both the flood lit MUGAs at London Fields and Hackney Downs.

Please could you let me know if there are any more problems.
He doesn't explicitly address where the youth groups/other groups distinction came in, but that may just have been crossed wires. Please try again, I do hope that it works from now on!
