SLX frame and fork BIN Low Pro?

I think this is a low pro, I asked the seller for c-t-c measurements and he told me :

"the top tube is 58cm. The seat tube is 56. What you ask me for is 53,5cm - 54cm. (centre to centre). The head tube is 8,5cm."

I've seen the fork and it matches the paint scheme. Seller didn't seem aware of what a low pro was. My knowledge isn't much better but headtube looks tiny for a standard frame. May be worth investigating at this price
