Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I do this too, especially at rush hour. Although often it's just so I don't get swamped by the dicks who can't ride in a straight line and commuter racers.

A secondary pleasure of this relaxed commuting style is drafting the first few cars through the junction and overtaking the gutter riders and wobble-merchants with impunity.
