What's a better quality frame I will mostly use for road and velodrome riding(2-4 times month)

Kagero f&f is £700 plus, versus Precursa for £200, so confused by the comparison on price alone. If you want a track bike, get a Precursa.

Well I hear good things about both and the frames look pretty similar, so I'm wondering why the price is so different.

Assuming these questions are serious, Precursa makes a lot more sense for track the track due to the price and geo.
