Wanted: Cheap Fixie - Full bike

Im after a cheapo fixie just to start riding again.

Dont want to be scammed or ripped off. Im in East London, Zone 3.

Help a brother out.

Edit: is it better to build a fixie up from parts? whats the cheapest way?
