I had such a great day out! Special thank yous to: T4 for finding out about it and for the banana bread, and Dr Cake for the still-warm flapjacks. But thanks all of you for being great company and for being so excited about owls! Well done to Seraphinx, T4 and Mands for fixing the puncture so quickly, and to all of you for putting up with my crappy leading.
What with the dead badger and fox, pheasants, llamas, pygmy goats, emus AND the owls and eagles, it's been a really awesome day.
Highlights for me were trespassing across an airfield, petting the Great Grey Owl, when we realised that the offer of tea wasn't a joke and that we were actually going to get a cup of hot tea, Mands admitting she had sneakily touched the Barn Owl, and flying the Bald Eagle.
