Texting While Driving - On the phone drivers!

Texting whilst driving is illegal but very easy to do safely and does not need to cause accidents. Jumping a red light on a bike is very easy to do safely and does not need to cause accidents.

Yes but the big contention here is that I skip a red light , get hit by a car and on the off chance it's a serious accident I die , car driver looks down to text and ploughes into crowd of peds , 10 unrelated people die
see the difference ?
