The first step is to extract the juice.
the picture speaks for itself
Straw allows the mound of apples standing upright and to hold the frame
wheat grain has seed wheat for the next year and the fowls
Before pressing we walk in nature to let the oxidation make the apples to become red that is what gives color to cider.
I would do the other pictures to the next lump I feel a bit lazy to continue.
it make me happy to share it with you, really. See you soon guys.

Due to a change my financial circumstances i had to do some incoming/outgoing, paycheck/domestic expenses balancing.
Before I knew it I'd created this spreadsheet which I thought others might find useful.
Tell it what your salary is and it will tell you what your tax, NI and student loan deductions will be.
You can then also input your rent, all bills and other outgoings including savings and debt repayments and you will be able to see your monthly, weekly and daily disposable income. It only really works for those with a single monthly income, so no use for freelancers, and is currently set up to calculate tax at 20%.
It is also set up with my current pension contribution formula but I'm happy to email the unrestricted .xls. -

Uniqlo are now doing something they call Legging Jeans but are actually just stretch jeans. They look alright, seem quite durable, are even more lightweight than the Levi commuter jeans and are a fraction of the price at 10p short of ẗwenty quid. But you do still get free alterations at that price. So I am trying these out as cycling jeans.
There is no flouro seam to tell everybody you paid a premium to look like a casual cyclist but they are hipster skinny, if that helps.

Following your recommendation and brought the Uniqlo Legging Jeans.
They're damn comfy, work great when cycling, and a much better value than those cycling specific jean that wear out just as quickly as normal jean.
The only downside is that some people might not be able to pull it off (think Chris Hoy), saying that it look almost fine on me and I don't have skinny legs.

Can you take a selfie?
Seriously, these sound like they might take over from my H&M 'Drain' jeans now that they've changed their cut...

I need a new supplier of jeans. (It was one of the few areas of life that I had nailed down.) Uniqlo's are now too much like stretchy slacks for my liking.
Allows Gaston to play at Stickle Bricks on a macro scale.
