I'd only take it through greed and a love (obsession) of bikes.
Good lad too is Neil. -

I'd love to make something out of it but now is not the time. Great offer however and if we meet I'll buy you a coffee anyway, or a beer. Depending on where the yardarm and sun are.

My chain snapped the other day when I was out, so I had to take a link out meaning its now too short. Cassette is too worn to replace chain only, but I didn't want to replace the drivetrain until after winter.
Soooo, does anyone have a couple of links of SRAM 10 speed chain?? Or a slightly worn 10 speed chain possibly?

Thinking of getting one together, got A space, maybe one w/end morning. Free pitches, donation towards that let it be? Anyone interested?

i could be interested for this jumble. ive accumulated quite a bit of crap and somehow loads of 700c front wheels.
wheres the space and how much would it be?

Funny, was just thinking about this the other day - thought of approaching Velo cafe to hold one once a month or so. Thursday evening or something like that. Nothing too fancy. People bring parts down in cardboard boxes, lay them out. Have a coffee, have a beer, have a haggle.
Saw something like this in Brooklyn outside a subway station and thought it was cool.
Ties in with what Ollie G was saying about Velo as well - be good to have a cyclist presence at Velo so it's not completely owned by "bored mums from the park".
Disclaimer: Looking out for myself here - I have all of two parts to sell but plenty I need to get and would rather a) buy from a local and b) be able to learn from them.
Either way, would definitely attend a jumble sale.
