Took a 'Made in China' label off a new pro team LS jersey just now, was surprised but as miro says it doesn't mean the quality is awful. The quality is in fact top notch but I cannot comment on the workers or how they get treated.

Rapha are pretty good at addressing these issues. I think it's good how open they are:
