What's going on in the Poloverse

If no countries would allow the team to play in their qualifier, then the EHBPC could allocate an automatic spot at the expense of a slot from the wild card e.g. in professional tennis tournaments. Or in the case a country agrees to allow them to play in their qualifier, an additional spot will be added to that country's allocation.

I understand the need for a solution if no country wants to let a mix team participate in their qualifiers but surely giving an automatic slot or an additional spot to the country allowing that mix team to participate in their qualifier would only be considered for super mix teams and not "noob" ones which doens´t seem right to me.
