Judging by how it's been relisted, I suspect the eBay bidder at £72 failed to collect, or the seller refused to sell the item. The account seems to list a lot of items optimistically high, and is listed as a trader "Croft Cars"/Simon Croft. Probably daddy's account.
I advise you never to attempt the salvage of vintage chandeliers.
