I assume, however, that those who are banned can pull their Huggies back up, and join again under a different name, but within the confines of the minimal rules that exist here.
Spammers etc... will still be banned, but those that want to seel their sweetfixie still have the opportunity to do so, if they stop their selling elsewhere.
