I said bananas you tit, not 'drop some potassium in you bidon'.
I might be a designer but I did get an A* in GCSE Chemistry.I believe you said
good news is: electrolytes are just salt and potassium.
and then went on to mention bananas are a good source of potassium.
an electrolyte tab is not just sodium chloride and potassium, you oversensitive prick

it pretty much is - well, those are the 'active' ingredients anyway. Bell end. x
-
• #354
so you are now back to saying they do contain elemental potassium?
contrary cunt

good news is: electrolytes are just salt and potassium. Salt is pretty cheap when you take the tropical/cola/banana/whatever flavouring and fancy packaging away. Bananas have loads of potassium.
You forgot Magnesium and Baconnaise.

were slipping. About 15 years ago now. Sigh.

The big slip was O level to GCSE, after that the slip became more gradual.
-
• #361
As it ever was. 1960s O'Level papers were considered harder than those in the 70s, which were harder than those in the 80s etc...
-
• #362
the hardest O'level was Travel & Tourism in the early 40s

Got the tabs and a free bottle. Cheers for the discount
-
• #366
Has the discount now officially expired?
I get the message: "Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered"
-
• #367
There's a 20% discount still in place: lfgss20
The half price offer ended when people started submitting multiple orders. Oops.
-
• #368
The greedy so and sos. Thanks! Become a bit addicted to it myself and would rather buy direct than from Evans regardless, but 20% is a good incentive to buy some additional flavours.

I went round the office today asking if anyone had seen my missing blue nuun bottle. This is apparently funny to people out of the 80s.
-
• #371

-
• #373
Personally i prefer to just eat olives to replace my salts #eurostyle

Big up Nuun, when i mentioned to the guy at spin x lcf that i'd missed the lfgss discount he sold me a few tubes at the reduced price.

damn - I ended up paying full price! Still, very pleased with the difference it's made to my legs the day after a run, much less achey.
Or you can eat dried apricots. They are full of potassium.
