For Sale: 56CM Belgian "Jowan" Frame + Fork in Columbus Neuron

For sale is this 56CM frame + fork marked as Jowan (Belgian bike-shop).
There's also a "Made In Italy" sticker on it so I'm not sure who produced the frame...

Made from the lovely Columbus Neuron tubing, quality frame!
Comes with a Shimano 600 seatpost and headset and a Hope bottom bracket!

Frame has some damage to the paint but is overal in good condition, no dings or dents. (there are glue marks on the frame, these can be cleaned, will do this with the second cleaning)

What does the TT measure?

It's stamped 56 under the bottom bracket but I shall measure the tubes for you.
(could be that this takes a few days, I'm not home at the moment...)

Just to confirm my speculation: is this a NOS frame? I'm thinking this because the fork isn't cut yet...

There have been wheels fitted in the frame but it couldn't be ridden like this no?

EDIT: it does have storage marks though

I had a chance to check the frame this morning:

Any idea of the BB threading? No but the number 27 is also engraved under the BB, I'll post a picture later this day

Just found out thanks to a tip from a user here that the bottom bracket is from Hope, seems even more like a bargain now!

So, got an answer to your own question about the forks not being cut?

I never asked anyone about the forks. I just assume it's a NOS frame where wheels have been fitted in and some storage marks
