Ordered some Archetypes last month (while they were still in stock) but found out a couple of weeks later that my order had been quietly updated as 'awaiting stock' and the Archetypes had been marked out of stock on the site.
Now yet another week has passed and I'm not getting any responses to my emails where I'm asking for a refund so that I can order them from somewhere else :(
Any Advice?

Email Drew (at) hubjub dot co dot uk (although I understand he's off until monday)
He's been running the site on his own for the past few weeks and is having a bit of a nightmare, he has been more than helpful with a stock mixup issue for some pedals this week, and has gone out of his way to make it up to myself and 2 other forumengers -

Fair enough, that probably explains why my last two emails have gone unanswered then!
Thanks clefty, I understand there's a lot of good feeling towards HubJub and Drew on the forums so I thought I'd check in with you guys first.

Drew is a lad. Helped me out big time after a stock mix up.
Not as smooth as a wiggle (of course) but the customer service is flawless, and they have a lot of great deals. -

Had been holding off placing an order for some Phil kit, and now in the space of less than a week I see there has been a 20% price increase. Bollocks

I'm really disappointed with Hubjub.
I've tried really hard not to get upset with the guy's and everyone makes mistakes but they have provided me with really poor customer service and have messed me about with the products I ordered.
When you are spending a sizeable amount with anyone you expect a level of respect and care.
Poor form Hubjub.

Well you're going to have to be a bit more specific that that.

Yeah.
I had a pretty horrendous time ordering a cog and lock ring last week. Payment method was awful and not at all user friendly.
After finally processing a payment will called me to first apologies and then let me know they didn't have the cog that I wanted.
We then organised a different one, he sent me the difference and the parcel arrive the following day.
Will knows the website's not great and they're looking into redevelopment. Interested to hear what was the problem with the above ^^

I just received an order from them yesterday, box got mangled in the post and so it seems something fell out and went missing in transit. Emailed this morning, and not long after got a reply they are shipping a replacement. Have always had a good experience with them.

Hey Davefromhubjub,
Have you any plans to stock the EAI Godzilla frame & forks?

It's just been a cumulation of small things and poor communication on their part.
I ordered several parts from their webshop at the beginning of last week. Easy transaction, no problem.
A couple of days later I got an email explaining they did not have one of the parts in stock (sugino 75 chainring 46t). Again no problem I replied back and decided to go for an alternative which they actually had in stock and explained I needed it that week. After waiting for a v.slow reply from Matt this was sorted. So I thought.
The other items came very fast, but as opened the package the Kashimax saddle was a completely different model to the one I ordered from their site. I emailed Matt again and asked why this was but got no reply. Four days later I then decided to email Drew, as I thought this Matt guy could be on away and later that day I got a reply apologising that they had mistakenly put an image of a different model up on the website and explained that he would be changing it to stop anymore confusion. Again no problem, the saddle that I was sent was ok. Not exactly what I wanted so slightly disappointed, but it would do the job.
Drew then emailed me to see if I had received any thing about the chainring. I replied swiftly to say no, but that I was hopping they would come the following day. No reply.
I emailed again today to ask what is happening and again no reply and no chainring.
I wouldn't be upset with whole thing if they would just get back to me a little quicker instead of waiting days at a time to get an answer back from them. I feel completely undervalued as a customer. I really don't like being that person/customer who complains and has to constantly have to email to ask what is happening.
Un-fortunately this has wrecked my whole plans for the day and the week.

Did a group order a few months ago. Lizarskins DSP was on sale but they had only one black but I wanted two.. Drew contacted me as they had only one black left and would I like another one? Well my friend did and we got on with it.
Last week I received Hubjub stickers in the mail. Although I won't be putting those in anything I appreciate the gesture and will be ordering from them in the future. Also referred a friend who ordered rims and will be ordering more.
gr8 shop.
also calling from Finland isn't an option so it's nice that the communication works over @
