As usual, epic work Jamie.
I've been suffering from 'hurty-leg syndrome', which is characterised by a dull ache anywhere on the legs (behind my left knee- and a bit of instability- in my case), coupled with ooh, I could just have some cake, and 10k is far enough for today as symptoms.
Probably need some HTFU pills, tbh.
