I emailed him about that yesterday, his thoughts were
"He died on Friday and we were already black logo for the weekend.
I switched to black logo yesterday thinking it was a fresh and separate incident when someone else pointed to a fresh article on it (BBC), but then the LCC pointed out it was a week old (and we were already black logo)."
