Sorted as far as possible with Daz A now.
That's not my stem! Mate put it on to see how the bike looks built up.
Time trial forum was an attempt at sorting my wheel situation but it's ongoing. The solution is another wheelset though as I'm not going to find a clincher front.
We live and learn. I am looking forward to getting it into rideable condition asap.
