I'm really unsure to be honest. Mainly on group set choices - everything else will be fairly easy and I expect I'll go down the 3T road.
I think I'll regret it if I don't go for electronic shifting, even though it's completely unnecessary. So it'll either be Ultegra Di2, Ultegra or DA9000. Or maybe SRAM Red. But I have to admit I really, really like the new Shimano groups, especially the lever shapes - they feel great. Still in two minds on disc brakes because really, this is a bike that won't get ridden in shitty weather. But at the same time, I don't believe there's such a thing as too much stopping power and I may as well have the frame specced for them whilst I can. The only thing then is finding an appropriate disc fork - I realise Enve would be the best option. But I wouldn't want the forks to limit other options such as tyre size.
To be honest - there are just so many options and I still haven't decided on anything for certain. Waiting to hear back from Jake with his thoughts one what we've discussed before I go any further - one thing I know for sure is that I want internal routing and no mounts. I realise that's a very inconclusive answer to your question, Dammit.
