Ok this a Cheltenham thing but I've seen this cat before. He walloped past me on a wintery Dolan: fixed, mudguards, bullhorns, dark blue or black with spiralling white strips on the stays.
Came past me on a dawdling commute home, I raised my speed a little but he seemed to slow, so I chased him. If someone goes full beans past me I don't start to race unless I see them slow: says to me they saw me ahead, chased me down and overtook but you have to make it stick.
Anyways this guy did, powering through the streets me clinging on. I stayed with him just, eventually catching at at some lights (no RLJing at all) at which I said hello.
Anyway dude was fast, it was a good challenge following his wheel. Good bike too
