Draft bench on the day, would be nice to have x number of teams of 5s, games of 45 minutes (1 hour?). There might be some changes to certain rules which would be disclosed soon. Nothing drastic.

I reckon earlier, people might still be with family around the 28th. Good to have it in December as some people will have to save time in Jan for Rouen
