Cheers. 10k PB is just under 44 mins in a Regents Park race, so ~47:30 in non-race conditions on a hillier route with not much recent running seems pretty acceptable.
Haven't figured out any decent training routes since moving. Being in the middle of the ladder is a bit of a PITA because Green Lanes is so damn busy and Wrightman Rd has bloody cars parked on the pavement so there's no room to pass people. Finsbury Park not an option in an evening for the next six months, might have to resort to starting the day earlier.
