I love it how they declare a 'revolution' because of some bike rides. It'll take generations to change Los Angeles, the single most disastrous town planning failure on the planet. Lots of copycats, but most are much smaller, and it looks as if the copycat momentum in large Chinese cities may already be slowing down.
