What time is it? Watches and horology

bit of advice if possible chaps, my friend mould like a new timepiece, budget up to £200, he's a young business professional, so it would need to be worn with a suit every day.
He's looking for something round faced, automatic on a nice brown leather strap, he's a slim guy so anything over 42mm will probably look silly.

Any thoughts?
