I've had offers for my Zipps and my SRM that would tide me over whilst I settle on a new job so I'll be keeping my S6.

says track but can't be sure from photo's
but looks very nice -

Definitely track, Cannondale always did team issue only track bikes for Leaky Gas. That doesn't even have bottle mounts the public CAAD5 track frames had and undrilled forks too.
Here's Elia Viviani on one of them in 2010
There are some track versions of the Slice TT frame around too

Great news.
Can Ed and I now return to trolling you?

Well it's not done and dusted yet, but if you must.

Am waiting to see your two new bikes completed.
Will be interesting to see which gets most use.

One of the jobs for which I am interviewing would require two days a week in Brighton- part of my thinking behind the Serotta was that I could cycle down there, stay with a friend, cycle back.
Being a massive blouse I'd prefer gears to do that.
Raining: Oak
Sunny: Serotta -

Cycling down on the same morning you'd be working? Surely you'd have to work some strange hours.
Sounds fun, though.

Night before, probably. Or day- might head down Sunday, work Monday-Tuesday, then cycle back Tuesday evening.

Cannondale thread needs pictures of Cannondale.
To redress the balance, behold - the F1000sl, tortured by mud again.
Although tyre choice was pretty good this time - 1.8" nobbynic on the back and a 2" S-works Storm on the front.

p.s. I'm quite keen in a winter build myself. Was looking at a Cannondale r700 (1994) frame and whip it in to a fixed gear. It's a triathlon frame and comes spec'd for 650 wheels, Am I stupid in assuming it will take 700c wheels?
Vertical dropouts so Sheldon brown has been helping me out with calculating chain line and GI.
FAIL. R700 is a TT frame and doesn't take 700c wheel (650c only)......moving on.....

My Synapse after its autumn deep clean before being hibernated for the winter...
Got it just about where I want it this summer. Winter changes might include a new seat post and if I'm feeling extravagant maybe a new frame...
-
• #525
Doesn't the Synapse come with mudguard mount?
Well carbon road path - they'd been doing the Scalpel, Raven, Super-V with carbon swing arm & carbon lefty for a while.
I think they did the 6 before or at the same time as the Six13 too, but that was always far-east made.
You'll never find a decent Six13 frame now - they are all broken or in the hands of people who'll keep em.
