Prices I could find from Google shopping: hubs are £22 front, £38 rear, rims £40 each, spokes 50p each, give or take. That's already £172 without nipples, washers and the build, compared to £160 delivered from Rose. Why would anyone buy separate and build themselves?
Edit: That particular build, I mean.
