I was invited to issue legal proceedings when I stated what I believed the position to be (a threat wasn't made by me).
I have rejected an offer of £100 and anyone on this forum can see that is not unreasonable.
I'm not saying I've been sold an entirely broken bicycle but, regardless of price, it is simply not as described.
I have no urge to be involved in legal action and really would like this to be straightforward.
In any case, Daz A and I are in correspondence
