I have both.
I should stress, I am massively eager for this to be resolved amicably. I cannot endorse any negative comments made about him and have to say, I've made offers and they've been refused outright.
The video was merely to gauge opinion and ensure I wasn't being unreasonable.
If it can be sorted amicably, I would of course much rather that.
